There is currently no government-accredited redress scheme for park homes. PARC therefore builds on our ability as lawyers, along with a practical knowledge that stems from one of our team having worked for local authorities as an Environmental Health officer with responsibility for enforcement on sites, to assess situations and come to a determination.
