We are open to applications from both Residential and Holiday parks, providing that your are willing to operate in accordance with our guidelines.

The cost of the service is based on the number of homes that you have on your site and the number of cases that we are likely to need to deal with each year. Prices start at £100+VAT per annum.

By joining PARC you can declare on your ‘Fit and Proper’ application that you are a member of a Redress Scheme, which may help in the local authority agreeing to place you on the Register.

Should you need legal assistance, we can provide you with discounted-rate access to a lawyer who has experience of park home sites.

How long we retain your data
