PARC : Park homes resolution service

PARC is a scheme for the investigation and resolution of issues in relation to Park Home and Holiday sites, operated by park home specialists LSL solicitors.

Taking cases through the courts can be both expensive and time consuming. Our service provides an alternative method of investigating and trying to resolve differences.

In order to consider a case, the park must be a subscriber to our service and adhere to our guidelines.

We anticipate that the scheme will go live in December 2023. In the meantime, we are accepting requests for membership from park owners.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment or load information onto our website (including your personal details), the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
